Job summary

CFS in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to manage the financials for a portfolio of commercial properties in the Greater Boston area. This role is hybrid with 2 days in the office and offers solid growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CRE accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and hands-on knowledge of MRI or Yardi with advanced Excel skills. You will partner with property managers and support year-end reporting and audits.
