The ideal candidate has 3+ years in CRE accounting, strong Yardi/MRI skills, and experience with leases, A/R, GL, and reconciliations. CPA is a plus; on-site, full-time with competitive compensation and bonus.

Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 Base Salary + Discretionary Bonus

We are currently seeking a qualified Property Accountant to support our growing portfolio of single- and multi-tenant retail assets in Miami-Dade County.

Working closely with our Financial Controller and a tight-knit team of three, this role takes complete ownership of CAM reconciliations, day-to-day property accounting, and full-cycle AP/AR.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• CPA certification is preferred.
