The Property Accountant develops, maintains and recommends policies and procedures to improve the efficiency, accuracy and completion of financial reports and reconciliations. This position maintains responsibility for a portfolio of properties and their financials, including the review of property financial statements, recording of journal entries and the reconciliation and analysis of variances compared to the previous year’s forecasting and budgets.
