Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 1 year of professional sales or sports marketing experience.
• Sports agency or property experience preferred.
• Track record of contributing to a sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of the sales cycle with outbound prospecting and pipeline advancement.
• Develop targeted outreach strategies for Sales Executives to deploy.
• Draft compelling outreach and follow up with prospects proactively.
• Prepare pre- and post-meeting materials, brand briefs, and category overviews.
• Coordinate with teams on pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up materials.
• Monitor industry news to surface relevant updates for prospects.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records and weekly outreach schedules.
• Serve as liaison between Properties Sales Team and other divisions.
