Job summary

On Location seeks a Coordinator, Sports Experiences to coordinate hotel reservations for large events and negotiate contracts. You will manage hotel inventory, communicate with clients, and support on-site hospitality during busy event weekends.

The role requires strong Excel/Outlook skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to travel up to 10%. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field and 1+ year in sports/travel/hospitality are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, sports management or related field.
• 1+ year experience in sports/travel/hospitality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hotel reservations for large events and manage inventory.
• Negotiate hotel contracts according to event specifics.
• Maintain event communications with marketing and customers.
• Assist in onsite hospitality and reconciliation processes.
