Job summary

A propane service provider is seeking a Service Technician in Kansas City. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe delivery, repair, and installation of propane tanks and appliances. Ideal candidates must have a high school diploma, be at least 21 years old, possess a valid Class B CDL with HAZMAT certification, and showcase strong customer service skills. Prior experience in propane or natural gas is preferred, along with the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class B CDL with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Prior propane or natural gas experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, repair, and installation of propane and propane appliances.
• Setting propane tanks at customer sites.
• Running service lines from tanks to buildings.
• Performing leak tests and gas checks.
• Repairing propane tanks and cylinders.
