Job summary

Pico Propane and Fuels, a Meritum Energy Holdings Company in Beaumont, TX, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead local delivery and service activities for the plant. You will manage day-to-day propane distribution, inventory, fleet maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting growth and high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• CDL A or B with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Associate degree or HS diploma with 5–10 years in industrial service and/or energy industry; propane experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day propane distribution and storage operations.
• Ensure efficient and timely propane delivery to customers.
• Manage inventory levels to balance supply and prevent excess stock.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations for propane handling and storage.
• Implement safety protocols to protect employees and customers.
• Supervise delivery drivers, technicians, and support staff.
• Coordinate with fleet and service teams to maintain operations.
