Qualifications

• Associates degree or HS diploma with 5–10 years in industrial service/energy; propane experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach a team of drivers, technicians, and staff.
• Experience with safety, regulatory compliance, and customer-focused operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day propane distribution and storage operations.
• Ensure timely delivery to customers and efficient scheduling.
• Manage inventory to balance supply and avoid excess stock.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations for propane handling and storage.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Assist with hiring, supervising, and mentoring delivery drivers, technicians, and support staff.
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and handle complaints promptly.
