Job summary

Southern States Cooperative is seeking a field technician to install, maintain and repair propane/oil heating systems and HVAC equipment for customers. You will work on-site, following federal/state codes and SSC procedures while coordinating with leadership on dispatch and job progress.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of experience, a Commercial Driver's License, and HazMat/Tanker Endorsement. Benefits include health, retirement plans and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of experience with propane/oil heating systems (HVAC).
• Commercial Driver's License and HazMat/Tanker Endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair propane/oil heating systems, HVAC units and related appliances.
• Communicate with leadership about daily service dispatch and job progress.
• Adhere to federal/state codes and SSC procedures while working independently.
