Cbh Co-Op in Gillette, WY seeks a Manager for the Energy - Fuel - Propane Department to oversee propane and fuel operations, inventory, budgeting, and contract administration. The role includes customer service leadership, staff supervision, and ensuring safety compliance.

Formación

• Proven experience in managing fuel and propane operations.
• Strong skills in inventory control, budgeting, and order management.
• Experience with contract negotiation and administration.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements related to propane handling.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• CDL with Hazmat required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of propane fuel supply and distribution.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure consistent product availability.
• Develop and manage budgets related to propane fuel operations.
• Place and track orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Lead, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
