Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking an Airborne Field Technical Facilitator to deliver high-quality technical and safety training for field operations including drivers, service technicians, and plant operators.

The role requires classroom, lab, and field instruction with travel up to 80% per year. You will work with Instructional Designers to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date, conduct training at COE and satellite locations, and manage LMS records for compliance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• Minimum 5+ years of propane field operations experience (delivery, service, or plant operations).
• CETP/PEP certification preferred or obtain within 6 months of hire.
• CDL Class A or B preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• NFPA 54 & 58 knowledge and CETP/PEP certification alignment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training for propane operations, safety, and certification programs.
• Assess learner competency through hands-on skills evaluations and document results in the LMS.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers to review and update training materials for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain training records in the LMS and generate reports for compliance and program evaluation.
• Gather feedback and data to improve training effectiveness and learner outcomes.
