AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is hiring a Field Mentor to coach Delivery Reps and Service Techs in the district, emphasizing safety and asset protection. The role may perform duties of a Delivery Representative or Service Technician as needed, while guiding new drivers and technicians.

The position requires strong communication skills, ability to multi-task, and a commitment to safety. It involves coordinating onboarding, coaching peers, and maintaining safety policy compliance across the district.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Two or more years in the propane industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Primary duties are those of a Service Tech &/or Delivery Representative.
• Facilitates training activities and skill assessments for new employees and conducts onboarding activities.
• Communicates and monitors safety policies and procedures for new and existing district employees in support of compliance.
• Maintains consistent communication with the District Manager and Area Director to share feedback and updates.
• Perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations, in addition to all AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
• Participates in and conducts safety and tailgate meetings as needed.
• Conducts monthly propane and asset inventory.
