Meritum Energy Holdings in Eufaula, OK is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative. You will interact with customers by phone, email, or in person to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and assist walk-in customers while supporting bottle dock operations as needed.

The role emphasizes service, efficiency, and safety, with duties including taking orders, handling cylinder sales, and maintaining customer records.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Experience in high-volume phone call settings is preferred.
• Experience in the propane, fuel, or energy industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services and act as a liaison between customers and the company.
• Collect and enter orders for products or services.
• Assist walk-in customers, process cylinder sales and payments, and support bottle dock operations as needed.
• Field customer questions and complaints; escalate to the appropriate specialist when needed.
• Ensure actions are taken to resolve customer problems and maintain customer accounts and records.
