Hopkins Propane, a Meritum Energy Holdings company in Eufaula, OK, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative. The role involves proactively addressing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, assisting walk-in customers, and supporting bottle dock operations as needed.

Our team is committed to Service, Efficiency and Safety. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, or in person, processing cylinder sales, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume phone call settings is preferred.
• Experience in propane, fuel, or energy industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services and serves as a liaison between customers and the company.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Assists walk-in customers, processes cylinder sales and payments, and supports bottle dock operations as needed.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; routes to the appropriate staff when needed.
• Ensures that actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
