Hopkins Propane, a Meritum Energy Holdings company in Eufaula, OK, is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative. You will interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support, resolve inquiries, and serve as a liaison between customers and the company.

You will also assist walk-in customers and support bottle dock operations as needed. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Service-oriented and the ability to resolve customer grievances.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new software.

Responsabilités

• Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services and serves as a liaison between customers and the company.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Assists walk-in customers, processes cylinder sales and payments, and supports bottle dock operations as needed.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

The Customer Service Representative will interact with customers by proactively addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns in addition to assisting walk-in customers and supporting bottle dock operations as needed.
