Job summary

Superior Plus Propane is seeking a District Manager to lead safe, reliable propane delivery and related services while driving cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to frontline employees to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise safety culture, optimize fleet and field operations, manage P&L, recruit and develop talent, and travel within the local market to meet district goals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of operational management experience.
• High School Diploma completed.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in propane industry preferred (waste management, pest control, construction, trucking).
• Ability to analyze and interpret multiple P&L statements.
• Strong customer-facing experience.
• Supervision and development of others.
• Travel ability in local market.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environment programs with zero harm.
• Ensure delivery schedules with Logistics and minimize churn.
• Oversee installations, leak checks, and emergency response with compliance.
• Optimize resources and manage seasonal workforce.
• Mentor and develop frontline employees, drive performance.
• Recruit and retain talent with accountability and satisfaction.
• Control district finances and controllable expenses.
• Use KPIs to drive improvements and manage field capital.
• Oversee fleet and infrastructure maintenance.
