Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee district locations within their Area, driving safety, the customer experience, and key operating metrics while optimizing staff and assets.

You will train, develop and motivate a multi-unit team, uphold world class safety standards, and maintain operational efficiency across the district network. Requirements include a high school diploma, 5+ years in management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; propane industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree strongly preferred.
• Five or more years’ experience in a related management role; propane industry experience a plus.
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-unit district network of operations.
• Train, develop and motivate staff to operate with minimal daily supervision.
• Maintain world-class safety and customer service standards across the district.
• Manage staff and assets to achieve safety, KPI, and efficiency goals.
