Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. seeks an Assistant Territory Manager to oversee district operations, safety, customer experience, and efficiency. You will report to the Territory Manager and lead a team to meet safety and performance goals while controlling expenses.

Responsibilities include safety management, improving customer service, coordinating with service and delivery teams, and staff development. A high school diploma and 5+ years in management are required; propane industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Five or more years' experience in a management role.
• Experience in propane industry is a plus.
• Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district/s location operations and safety compliance.
• Enhance customer experience and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Service and Delivery Coordinators to ensure orders are fulfilled.
• Plan staffing, training, and performance development for district personnel.
