Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field and 2-3 years of casino promotions or related field or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to foster a supportive team environment.
• Experience presenting data in Excel (charts, pivot tables) and manipulating data in Access/Tableau.
• Self-directed and able to handle multiple critical projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support promotions based on direction from Promotions & Special Events Manager.
• Audit promotions and report promotional results.
• Disseminate promotional details to the team and ensure accuracy of communications.
• Manage the promotions calendar and promotional visual aids.
• Ensure promotions comply with rules and regulations and audit processes.
