Caesars Entertainment in Black Hawk, Colorado is seeking a Promotions and Special Events Manager to lead the strategic development, planning, and execution of all casino promotional programs and events at Horseshoe and Lady Luck. The role focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining slot and table players, with a starting salary based on experience.

Qualifications

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in promotions planning and execution, preferably within a casino or gaming environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Colorado Gaming Support License.

Responsabilités

Develop, plan, and execute all promotional programs and special events for Horseshoe and Lady Luck Casinos.
Manage departmental objectives, standards, guidelines, and budgets to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Prepare promotional and event pro formas to evaluate financial feasibility; monitor financial performance and trends to inform future initiatives.
Conduct post‑event analysis to assess profitability and ROI of promotions and events.
Host and engage guests to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat visitation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support planning and execution of casino promotions and events.
