Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Cage and Rewards Center operations with focus on accuracy, security, and service.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Cage Supervisors and staff, including staffing and payroll approvals.
• Maintain budgets and cash levels in line with regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, gaming regs, and Title 31/AML.
• Develop policies, training materials, and performance documents.
• Investigate variances and coordinate with Audit, Surveillance, and Finance.
• Communicate updates and promotions to Cage staff and management.
• Conduct interviews and hiring decisions for Cage personnel.
• Approve comps and marketing offers beyond supervisor limits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
