Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years in gaming or casino resort management, incl. 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Thorough knowledge of Colorado gaming regulations and Title 31 compliance.
- Experience with marker play and player tracking systems.
- Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and operational management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Colorado Gaming License and Alcohol Awareness certification.
Responsibilities
- Direct all Table Games operations and personnel in line with policies and controls.
- Supervise management staff for efficient operations and proper staffing.
- Develop short- and long-term departmental strategies aligned with budget and standards.
- Analyze gaming trends and performance to identify revenue opportunities.
- Monitor daily gains/losses and perform financial analysis to support decisions.
- Maintain high standards of guest service and an engaging gaming experience.
- Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and internal controls.
