Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator, Promotions to develop and manage consumer promotions for our aesthetics portfolio. You will coordinate with Brand teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant execution and measurable results.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in marketing, experience with pharma/beauty, and strong project management. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in a related field of study
• 5+ years of marketing experience with a growing level of responsibility
• Agency experience or background helpful
• Experience with pharmaceuticals, medical device products, beauty is a plus
• Knowledge of basic marketing strategies
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Experience with JIRA, Figma, Workfront, Airtable, Slack, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is preferred
• Design or copywriting skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Reporting to Sr. Manager, Promotions, ensure brand positioning and strategic imperatives are executed through promotions
• Ensure Consumer Promotions runs smoothly from approvals through execution and reporting
• Partner with Brand teams in creative development and review of assets
• Collaborate with internal teams across Brand, CRM, Paid Media, MLRC, Product, Engineering, Sales Training, Commercial Directors
• Prepare and submit materials for medical, legal, regulatory and compliance reviews
• Attend status meetings with agencies and cross-functional partners
• Maintain promotion logs and folders for promotion management and tracking
• Prepare performance reports post promotion
