Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations and marketing to drive revenue strategies.
• Drive revenue through data collection, events, VIP services, and groups.
• Negotiate VIP table rates and promotional offerings.
• Host and manage events to build client relationships.
• Schedule and supervise hourly team members for events.
• Lead bi-weekly training on data collection and guest lists.
• Prepare weekly scorecard reporting performance.
