Job summary

Green Spoon Sales is seeking a Promotions Coordinator - Midwest to manage promotions with retailers and collaborate with brand partners. This fully remote role is open to candidates nationwide, with preference for those in the Midwest/Denver area.

You will plan, submit, and oversee promotional programs, foster strong retailer relationships, and drive annual promo planning in coordination with brands and managers. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing promotions in the natural foods industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship management with internal teams, retailers, and brand partners.
• Detail-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving approach.
• Proficiency in managing promotional planning tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account managers and retailers to plan, submit, and oversee promotional programs.
• Serve as the primary promotions lead for designated retailers and align strategies.
• Manage annual promotional planning with brands, managers, and retailers.
• Improve processes, troubleshoot challenges, and coordinate with the Green Spoon team.
• Document vendor commitments in shared company folders for transparency.
• Maintain and optimize company tools and resources to support teams and clients.
