Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in marketing, casino promotions, or guest service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and ability to learn industry software.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute on-site and off-site casino promotions and events.
• Coordinate promotions and entertainment offerings with Marketing Management.
• Ensure accurate advertising and regulatory compliance for promotions.
• Provide excellent guest service and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain grooming and Soboba Casino Resort standards.
