Job summary

Desert Diamond Casino Sahuarita is seeking a Promotions Director to create and implement promotional strategies that drive guest traffic and revenue. You will oversee Promotions Coordinators, manage promotions budgets, and ensure compliance with tribal gaming regulations.

The role requires a Bachelors in Marketing and at least five years in promotions or marketing, including management experience; experience with reporting and strong customer service and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing and/or related field with five years experience in promotions or marketing.
Three of the five years must be in a management capacity.
Must be 18 years of age or older; able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, and obtain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

Drive headcount to properties through promotions to increase revenue.
Facilitate and run all electronic promotion functions.
Follow accounting practices and purchasing process.
Develop promotion strategy to drive traffic and revenue via promotions, carded play, and communication.
Maintain confidentiality of all written and oral information.
Evaluate promotions to fit property needs and coordinate with departments for maximum success.
Submit monthly promotions reports and manage the promotional budget and P&Ls.
