Job summary

Choctaw Casinos & Resorts seeks a Promotions Manager to lead the planning and execution of Promotions and Special Events aimed at revenue growth and image enhancement. You will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and oversee a team of promotion coordinators.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related experience, strong budgeting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple events while coordinating with Marketing, Creative Services, and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years directly related experience.
• Proficient with general computer applications (spreadsheets).
• Public speaking skills.
• Strong communication abilities in oral and written form.
• Project budgeting with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Two years of marketing supervisory/management experience in gaming.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of all on/off-site Promotions and Special Events from concept to completion.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming Commission and internal reporting requirements.
• Manage promotion coordinators including hiring, training, and coaching.
• Coordinate internal/external communications for Promotions/Special Events across departments.
• Work with Marketing and Creative Services to procure collateral (digital, banners, posters).
• Coordinate IT/audio/video setup, BEOs, databases, and vendor relations for events.
• Oversee promotional inventory and storage, keeping areas organized.
• Understand and apply P&L, forecasting, and annual budgets for promotions.
• Maintain cost controls and support other tasks as assigned.
