Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a part-time Promotions Attendant in Chandler, OK to ensure superior guest service on the gaming floor. You will execute casino promotions, distribute items, and staff event registration areas while upholding Caesars Rewards program knowledge and EGE guest interactions.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and you must be 21+, able to obtain a gaming license, and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
• Microsoft office and Greg Davis (APS) experience preferred.
• Must be able to deal with guests in a casino environment.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Ensure superior customer services are maintained.
• Executes promotions inside casino, assisting patrons participating in promotions , drawings, tournaments, and giveaways.
• Distribute promotional items, entries, tickets, and event materials
• Staffs special event registration areas.
• Act as a role model and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
• Licensed and authorized to execute promotions on the gaming floor.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality when working with guest accounts.
• Provide accurate information to guests regarding on property promotions & events and direct marketing offers.
• Maintain sufficient knowledge to effectively and enthusiastically promote all aspects of the Caesars Rewards Program and its benefits.
• All team members will follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE) policy. It is the expectation that every team member, front or back of house, should proactively seek out opportunities to greet guests and their fellow team members daily. EGE policy states teams members should: acknowledge guests and fellow team members within 10 feet; initiate friendly verbal greeting within 5 feet; keep your head up, look around ("head on a swivel"); look for opportunities to greet guests and others; please remember that when you are on the floor, you are "on stage".
• Team members will participate in all mandatory meetings and pre-shift BUZZ sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
