Job summary

JACK Casino Cleveland is hiring a Guest Service Representative to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and support club promotions. You will assist with promotions, distribute gifts, and help guests with entry into invitation programs while maintaining accuracy in transactions.

The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Strong English and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently.
• Stand or walk for long periods (4 hours).

• Maneuver throughout the property via stairs or escalator.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a sense of urgency while performing duties.
• Create an atmosphere of fun and teamwork for guests.
• Promote and participate in promotions, distribute gifts, and assist with invitation programs.
• Stock and secure supplies for promotions/events and display collateral material.
• Verify monetary transactions, cash, gift cards, and lottery items per guidelines.
• Maintain data accuracy and comply with policies.
• Engage with guests to promote ClubJACK loyalty and events.
• Cross-sell events, food offerings, and amenities.
• Communicate information to co-workers and management to ensure consistency.
