Job summary

Hubbard Broadcasting seeks energetic event staff to assist with, attend, and execute promotional events, remotes and client programs away from the station. Represent the station professionally with top-tier customer service and interact with the public at events.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down equipment (banners, tents, balloons, prize wheel) and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Reliable, friendly and able to engage the public.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with, attend, and execute promotional events, remotes, client events and community service programs.
• Represent the station professionally with high level of customer service and interact with the public during events.
• Assist with set-up and breakdown of promotional equipment (banners, tents, balloons, prize wheel).
