Job summary

Hubbard Broadcasting is seeking energetic promotional staff in West Palm Beach to assist with and execute station events, remotes, client events and community programs away from the station. You will represent the station professionally and provide top customer service at events.

Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down equipment, interacting with the public and clients, and driving station vehicles to events. Evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable, creative, outgoing and personable; able to interact with the public.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to work in a team or independently and handle sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with, attend, and execute special promotional events away from the station.
• Represent the station professionally at events with high customer service.
• Interact with the public, clients and station during events.
• Set up and breakdown promotional equipment (banners, tents, prize wheels, etc.).
• Report to work on time and follow the schedule; evenings/weekends required.
• Drive station vehicles to events and follow traffic laws.
