Job summary

Ilani is seeking a Promotions Support role to help execute promotions and events at our Washington casino. The position involves developing communications plans for promotional information and supervising giveaway activities with the promotions team.

You will train staff, coordinate product movement and staging, and ensure compliance with rules while handling guest data and event records. Strong Excel/Tableau skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in data-related field plus 1–2 years of casino promotions or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to foster a supportive team environment.
• Self-directed and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Available for nights, holidays, weekends, and smoking environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote superior guest service and a positive culture.
• Assist as supervisor during promotional giveaways or events.
• Train team members working giveaways and manage product movement.
• Develop promotional rules with the Promotions Specialist for regulatory approval.
• Create and disseminate promotions calendar to the ilani team.
• Disseminate data after promotions and proofread all work.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and perform other duties.
