Job summary

Audacy is seeking a part-time Promotions Assistant to support our Promotions & Experiences team in event management, promotions, and integrated marketing in the Cleveland market. This on-site role involves coordinating on-site experiences for events and assisting with setup, execution, and teardown of activities.

You'll collaborate with the Marketing team on promotions, contests, and brand initiatives, liaising with internal departments and partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with good record; driving promo vehicles if needed.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns and events is a plus.
• Night and weekend work as required.
• Experience using Google Workspace.

The anticipated starting salary range for Cleveland, O.H. based individuals expressing interest in this position is $15.00/Hr. - $15.00/Hr. Events include entertainment, music, sports, lifestyle and spoken word formats. This is a part-time hourly position. What You'll Do

• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Event Management in sports, entertainment, lifestyle or news formats
• First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position
• Experience using Google Workspace

• Night and/or weekend work as needed

• Valid Driver's License with a good record and ability to drive promotional vehicles if needed and/or proof of insurance if the position requires use of the applicant's own vehicle
• Experience executing marketing/promotions campaigns and events is a plus
