Job summary

Impact Solutions in Lansing, Michigan is seeking a Promotional Products Coordinator to support the sales team with product research, sourcing, and project coordination. This on-site role focuses on delivering creative, cost-effective promotional solutions that align with client branding and event goals.

You will collaborate with vendors, manage samples and timelines, and help maintain product catalogs while providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Previous experience in promotional products, marketing, customer service, sales support, purchasing, or project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotional Product Research & Sourcing: Research products that align with client goals, branding initiatives, event themes, and budgets.
• Identify creative, innovative, and cost-effective product solutions that help clients stand out.
• Utilize ASI, ESP, and supplier networks to explore product options and source merchandise.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging products, and new supplier offerings.
• Project Coordination: Develop product presentations, recommendations, and research proposals to support the sales team.
• Coordinate product samples, including requests, orders, shipments, returns, and associated expenses.
• Monitor project timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, research records, and supplier information.
• Vendor & Supplier Relationships: Communicate with vendors for specifications, pricing, availability, and production timelines.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliable service and options.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve questions and keep projects moving forward.
• Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with promotional product websites, online tools, and marketing initiatives.
• Organize and maintain product catalogs, displays, and sample inventory.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to provide exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

Promotional Product Research & Sourcing

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Previous experience in promotional products, marketing, customer service, sales support, purchasing, or project coordination is a plus.
