Job summary

ENPOINTE is seeking a Promotional Products Buyer for an on-site, full-time role in Minneapolis. You will source promotional items that fit client brands and budgets, manage vendors, and negotiate terms to ensure timely delivery and quality.

You will collaborate with account teams and production staff to integrate items into campaigns, maintain records, and help optimize processes for client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with purchasing or buying functions, preferably in promotional products, marketing, or print-related environments.
• Strong skills in vendor management, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, and evaluating product quality and service reliability.
• Ability to interpret client brand guidelines and marketing objectives to select appropriate promotional items and materials.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and purchase promotional products aligned with client brand standards and campaigns.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, monitor delivery timelines and product quality.
• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and production teams to integrate items into broader marketing programs.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and track inventory for promotional items.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
