Reachdesk is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead supplier relationships and the end-to-end sourcing of promotional products for global clients. You will balance speed, cost, and quality while shaping a scalable vendor network and product catalogs to power client campaigns.

You will own pricing strategies, negotiate terms with vendors, and collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales to deliver high-quality, on-brand merchandise at scale. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role in a growing company.

Qualifikationen

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products with supplier/decorator interaction.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier agreements.
• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate them clearly.
• Experience using promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite, or similar.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar.

• Vendor & Inventory Management: source, evaluate, select suppliers; build vendor network; negotiate pricing; ensure items meet quality standards.
• Procurement & Order Management: place orders; track production; manage large/complex orders; support quarterly targets; coordinate with logistics for global fulfillment.
• Process & Collaboration: guide production specialists; lead procurement process improvements; establish SOPs with cross-functional teams.
