Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Sourcing Manager to own supplier relationships, pricing, and fulfillment of promotional merchandise for global clients. You will shape sourcing strategy, build a scalable vendor network, and ensure high-quality, on-brand products across campaigns.

In a fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple sourcing requests, collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales, and drive cost-conscious decisions while maintaining top quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products, working directly with suppliers and decorators.
• Proven supplier, decorator or vendor management experience with pricing and terms.
• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate them clearly.
• Experience using promo software and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Build vendor network and a vetting process aligned with business values.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Oversee orders, production schedules, and collaboration with logistics for global fulfillment.
• Lead initiatives to improve procurement processes and SOPs.
