Job summary

Reachdesk is expanding its sourcing team to manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms for promotional products and branded merchandise. The role focuses on building a scalable vendor network, managing pricing strategies, and overseeing end-to-end procurement for global clients.

The Sourcing Manager will collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales to influence product quality, supplier strategy, and commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products from suppliers and decorators.
• Proven ability to negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier agreements.
• Strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate them clearly.
• Experience with promotional product software and CRM platforms.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.
• Oversee end‑to‑end sourcing, orders, and supplier fulfillment across multiple vendors.
• Collaborate with warehouse/logistics to streamline global fulfillment and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Build and maintain a scalable vendor network and product catalogs/lookbooks.
