About the Opportunity

Thrills Marketing is seeking an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our growing team as a Promotional Event Assistant. This is a face-to-face, customer-facing role that involves representing exciting brands and driving product awareness through live promotional events in retail spaces, sports venues, and trade shows.

Whether you're just starting your career or looking for a fresh opportunity in a fast-paced environment, this role offers hands-on experience in both sales and marketing with full training provided.

What You’ll Do

  • Interact with Customers: Engage directly with members of the public, introduce products and services, answer questions, and create a positive and memorable customer experience.
  • Promote and Sell Products: Showcase client offerings in a compelling way, focusing on generating interest and driving sales.
  • Support Event Execution: Help set up, manage, and pack down branded promotional stands and displays. Work alongside a team to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Represent National Brands: Become the face of the brands we work with, delivering an excellent impression and communicating value with confidence.
  • Receive Ongoing Training: You’ll be provided with all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed, including product knowledge and guidance on communication techniques.
