Job summary

Kimley-Horn, a Fortune Magazine “100 Best Companies to Work For,” seeks a ProjectWise Administrator for our Twin Cities office. This in-office role will configure, maintain, and upgrade ProjectWise environments for 100+ users and coordinate PW365 integrations with Design Integration servers.

The candidate will lead change management, deliver training, and collaborate with Bentley SMEs while driving continuous improvement in document management and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or an related discipline, or Associate’s degree in CAD/Engineering Technology or similar, plus 8 years related experience.
• Solid ProjectWise knowledge and 4+ years of experience working as ProjectWise administrator supporting 100+ users.
• Bentley ProjectWise Administration Accreditation (Basic)
• Experience with relational databases, including administration, operation, and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Configuring and administration of ProjectWise and enterprise-level applications including installation, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and code management.
• Delivering configuration and enhancement needs to meet business requirements including workflow rules engine and templates.
• Coordinating software feature development, testing and releases.
• Managing ProjectWise Change Management Tasks and PW365 integrations with ProjectWise Design Integration server.
• Providing end user support and training for ProjectWise users and administrators.
