• Proficient in principal financing documentation and key commercial project contracts.
• Ability to conduct due diligence and coordinate multi-party agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients globally on accelerating energy and infrastructure projects from concept to financing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, partnership agreements, credit agreements, security/pledge and depositary agreements.
• Prepare and review development agreements, PPAs, EPCs, interconnection and site control documents; conduct related due diligence.
