Job summary

The role requires drafting primary deal documents and collaborating with sponsors, investors, developers, and lenders in renewable power and energy transition projects. A J.D. and bar admission are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project finance transactions involving sponsors, investors, developers, and/or lenders.
• Experience drafting primary deal documents (purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements including tax equity, financing agreements and joint venture agreements).
• Team-oriented with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a deadline-driven environment; strong academic credentials; bar admission required where you will sit.
