Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking a Projects Coordinator in the Quotes Department to support branch locations, the Projects Manager and the Quotation Specialist on a variety of tasks to aid with quoting and project coordination. The role involves coordinating from purchase orders through billing, working with suppliers on drawings and PO placement, and ensuring smooth logistics for materials.

Ideal candidates have one year of experience, a valid driver’s license (preferred), and proficiency in

Qualifications

One-year work experience preferred.
Valid driving license preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Assist with information collection from vendors and agents to enable competitive and a complete job package quote.
Coordinate jobs from purchase order to billing.
Work with suppliers on job drawing approval and placing of purchase orders.
Collaborate with customers to release products to jobs and coordinate logistics for material supply.
Bill customers and ensure all items are invoiced correctly.
Develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
