Job summary

City Electric Supply is looking for a Gear Quotation Coordinator to support the Projects team. This entry-level role focuses on gathering technical data, assisting in quotes, and learning to interpret product specifications and compliance data to aid sales and procurement.

You will help ensure preliminary information is accurate, supporting the team in creating precise quotations and efficient customer service. This role offers growth toward a Gear Quotation Specialist position.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or quoting is a plus.
• Familiar with gear products and quotation processes.
• Ability to interpret technical data and supplier specs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize detailed submittal documentation, including technical specifications and manufacturers' data sheets.
• Collect and verify technical and pricing information from vendors and manufacturers.
• Learn gear products and quotations processes, supporting senior team members.
• Work with Projects Department Manager to understand project requirements and contribute to quotations.
• Assist in managing customer inquiries and provide preliminary support.
