Job summary

City Electric Supply in Miami is seeking a Projects Coordinator in the Quotes Department. You will support branch locations, the Projects Manager and the Quotation Specialist on tasks to aid with quoting and coordinating projects.

The role involves collecting information from vendors, coordinating from purchase order to billing, working with suppliers on drawings and purchase orders, and ensuring smooth logistics so materials reach jobs on time.

Qualifications

One-year work experience, preferred.
Valid driver''s license, preferred.
Proficiency is Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Assist with information collection from vendors and agents to enable competitive and a complete job package quote.
Coordinating jobs from purchase order to billing.
Work with suppliers on job drawing approval and the placing of purchase orders.
Work with customers to release products to the jobs and coordinate all the logistics to ensure the supply of materials runs smoothly.
Bill customers and ensure all items are invoiced correctly.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
