Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking a Projects Coordinator in the Quotes Department to support branch locations and the Quotation Specialist in quoting and coordinating projects.

These duties include assisting with vendor information for complete job packages, coordinating orders from PO to billing, and ensuring accurate invoicing while maintaining strong relationships with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with information collection from vendors and agents to enable competitive and a complete job package quote.
• Coordinate jobs from purchase order to billing.
• Work with suppliers on job drawing approval and the placing of purchase orders.
• Work with customers to release products to the jobs and coordinate all the logistics to ensure the supply of materials runs smoothly.
• Bill customers and ensure all items are invoiced correctly.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
