The Client Services Unit of the HR department is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Project Analyst (PA) with strong generic HR skills and good quantitative and analytical skills. The successful candidate should have the proven ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment. The PA will work as part of a team of other PAs to provide a wide range of support to HR Business Partners (HRBP) and Strategic HR Partners (SHRP). The PA will support the implementation of HR initiatives as well as data gathering and analysis of departmental workforce, staffing and the work environment.
Ideal candidates will have a combination of training and experience equivalent to completion of a secondary school education, supplemented by a minimum of four years of relevant experience, is required. Specific requirements include:
This is a one-year contractual appointment. Contractual appointments at the IMF are renewable for up to four years of cumulative contractual service, pending incumbent's performance, budget availability, and continuous business need.
