Typically Reports to: Office Manager, Front Office staff The African Department (AFR) is looking for a motivated Administrative Coordinator to assist in the administrative and organizational work in our Front Office. The Administrative Coordinator will play a pivotal role in providing support to the front office's staff under the guidance of the Office Manager and the Front Office Reviewers; and will work closely with the other coordinators.
Educational development, typically acquired by the completion of a high school diploma, or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, is required.
This vacancy shall be filled by a 3-year Term appointment in accordance with the Fund’s new employment rules that took effect on May 1, 2015. This position requires Review Committee/Senior Review Committee Approval.
