Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Project Coordinator & Warehousing professional to join our Security business unit. Based in Salt Lake City, this role coordinates project tasks, manages materials, and supports field staff across installations and service jobs.

You will collaborate with field technicians, customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule, track inventory, and ensure accurate documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, dispatch, or technical support.
• 1+ years' experience as stockroom worker, warehouse, or inventory.
• 1+ years' experience with warehouse computer systems.
• Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, safety protocols and software programs.
• Experience with scheduling or workforce management software.
• Familiarity with low-voltage systems, construction projects, or technical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks related to planning, materials tracking, and project documentation.
• Execute tasks such as permit applications, project kickoffs, and closeout deliverables.
• Maintain daily and weekly schedules for installation field staff.
• Coordinate technician schedules, site access, delivery timelines, and staff planning.
• Serve as a point of contact for field technicians, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide weekly project updates and maintain organized documentation.
• Track costs, margins, and budgets for work orders and ensure accurate billing.
